From providing bespoke solutions to the law enforcement market,??CrystalView Services Communications??has grown into a provider of a wide range of fire and security services servicing market sectors such as construction, defence and education. The CrystalView Services team were turning their attention to a new area of growth: they wanted to tender for the larger healthcare contracts. But, to secure these tenders, the team had to prove that CrystalView Services was sustainable and environmentally responsible.

CrystalView Services had an advantage in their existing ISO certificates. ISO 14001 is built on the Annex SL framework, the same framework used by ISO 9001 and ISO 45001. This meant it was easier for CrystalView Services to implement its new Environmental Management System.
